Schedule a Dry Run

The DOSL team is here to help you practice using synchronous tools in your classroom. Schedule a time with one of our instructional consultants to conduct a short dry-run. Someone from our team will act as a student in your classroom as you try-out synchronous delivery methods.

You can schedule a brief 15-minute dry run with an IC by emailing strategiclrn@bsu.edu or calling 765-285-5665. You can use the sample email language below:

Hi! I am a faculty member using Webex for my class. I would like to set up a 15-minute 1:1 consultation with an Instructional Consultant. I would like to practice setting up a synchronous Webex session. I will be the host, and I would like a member of the IC team to act as a student. I understand that the Instructional Consultant will join me remotely via the Webex call I set up, and will not come to my classroom/lecture space. Following are a selection of dates and times I am available. I look forward to hearing from you!
