Convey warmth and support in your communication with students.

Be flexible
Faculty need to be somewhat flexible to genuinely support students. Here are some strategies to accommodate students who are unable to participate because of circumstances beyond their control:
- Revamp your late policy.
- Accommodate requests for more time on quizzes Links to an external site. and exams in Canvas.
