Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus

Microsoft Word will be the file format that you will use when submitting most of your written assignments in this program.  If you don't already have Office, Ball State students can download the latest Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus on most computers, tablets, and smartphones, at no cost to you.  Obtaining the Microsoft Office product of your choice is as easy as logging into your Ball State Outlook webmail Links to an external site. using your Ball State credentials and following these directions Links to an external site..

 

Microsoft OneDrive

LastPass

LastPass is a secure password manager that remembers your passwords so you don't have to. With LastPass Premium, you can sync across all your devices so you always have your passwords with you. 

 

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is a free online learning service which is offered to all Ball State students. You must have a valid Ball State username and password to have free access. You will find over 1,100 online training courses from Adobe, Apple, Autodesk, Avid, Blackboard, Corel, Google, Microsoft, and Open Source just to name a few. These courses are available 24/7. The web-based video tutorials are available on your Mac or Windows computer. If you have an iPad, iPhone, iPod or Droid, you can download a free app from the iTunes store or the Android Marketplace and view video tutorials on your device. Qualtrics

Qualtrics Links to an external site. is institutionally-adopted survey tool and assessment instrument provided by Ball State University. Log in with your Ball State credentials.

 

Adobe Acrobat Reader

This app is helpful for viewing, annotating and signing PDF files. For most applications and forms that you need to fill out, this app eliminates the need for printing out documents and allows you to return documents from the convenience of your phone, tablet or computer.
