Instructions
Every student enrolled in the chemistry laboratory must complete the following items before they are allowed to work in a chemistry lab.
- Read the Ball State University, Safety in the University laboratories document, posted within their lab Canvas site.
- Pass the Chemistry Laboratory Safety Quiz with a score of 100 %, also found on the lab Blackboard site by the posted due date.
- Read the lab safety contract below and agree to abide by the rules stated, by selecting the appropriate option, by the due date posted.
